What is the benefit of Walk On® Kit in Arthritis, Joint Pain, Swelling and Stiffness and What we do or not in that problem ?

Walk ON® Capsule / Oil a great combination of herbs which relives stiffness in joints and muscles- reduce edema and restores mobility. The herbal formulation of Walkon is extremely well tolerated and completely safe for long term use.

Indication:

1. Rhematoid Arthritis
2. Juvenile R.A
3. Ankylosing Spondylitis
4. Shoulder Pain
5. Neck Pain
Dose: 1 Capsules twice in day with water.
Contra Indication : Walkon is contra indicated in pregnancy and for nursing mother.
Adverse Effects: Not Reported
Dose: The ointment can be applied gently on affected parts / joints two to three times a day to reduce local pain and swelling
The treatment should be continued for at least three weeks to see the effect of the patients

Do's
1) Consumption of light, nutritious, and freshly prepared food is recommended
2) Consumption of Garlic and Ginger is useful
3) Barley, Horse gram, long gourd, Bitter vegetables like bitter gourd, bitter variety of drumstick and Neem flowers are recommended
4) Regular light exercise under supervision of expert
5) Regular fomentation with hot water is advised
6) Prefer hot water for drinking and taking bath
7) Protect yourself from exposure to cold air and rain

Don'ts
1) Avoid food recipes causing constipation and heaviness in stomach
2) Avoid Pulses and fried things
3) Avoid exposure to cold wind or rain
4) Avoid taking bath with cold water
5) Avoid consumption of ice cold water
6) Avoid going to bed immediately after meals
7) Avoid daytime sleeping/ spending sleepless nights
8) Avoid suppression of natural urges
9) Avoid staircase climbing without proper support
10) Avoid standing at one place for longer duration
11) Avoid over eating
12) Avoid alcohol, smoking and aerated beverages
13) Avoid Spicy, oily, frozen food and sour things such as curd and pickles
